Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Odina Couture piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns on full-priced, ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert email] with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note: return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order items, sale items, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.
